Return Policy

At FTF Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@ftfsports.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
